伍碧华,博士,教授,博士生导师1986年7月,四川农业大学本科毕业,获农学学士学位;2000年7月,四川农业大学硕士研究生毕业,获农学硕士学位;2003年7月,四川农业大学博士研究生毕业,获农学博士学位;2002年9月—2003年8月,北京语言大学教育部公派出国留学人员培训。2004年3月—2005年3月教育部公派出国赴墨西哥国立自治大学访问学者。
2004年入选四川省学术、技术带头人后备人选。1986年7月至今,在四川农业大学小麦研究所工作,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目4项,教育部回国留学人员科研启动基金1项、博士点基金(博导类)项目1项,省级科研项目10项,市级项目1项;主研国家自然科学基金和部省级项目多项。获省科技进步奖一等奖3项、三等奖1项和科技成果多项。在国内外学术刊物上发表论文80余篇。主持获授权国家发明专利1项。主持培育小麦新品种3个。
主要研究内容
1.小麦属植物(Triticum)特异基因资源的挖掘及其遗传解析
运用远缘杂交、植物生理生化、细胞遗传学、分子生物学、分子遗传学等技术方法,挖掘蕴藏在二倍体小麦(AA),四倍体(AABB/ AAGG)和 六倍体小麦(AABBDD/AAAAGG)野生及驯化种群中,具有特异光合、抗病、抗逆、品质、籽粒等特性的优异基因资源,揭示有关性状遗传调控的分子机制及其在起源物种间的传递特性。
2.野生二粒小麦(T. dicoccoides)优异加工品质、营养品质特性的遗传解析、种质创新与育种利用
挖掘野生二粒小麦中的特异贮藏蛋白及其优异候选基因位点,创制含有野生二粒小麦特异谷蛋白、醇溶蛋白基因的普通小麦( T. aestivum)新种质,探讨其对普通小麦加工品质的遗传改良效应。
发掘、利用蕴藏在野生二粒小麦中的高蛋白、高Fe、Zn含量的特异营养品质基因资源及其优异候选基因,创制拥有野生二粒小麦高蛋白含量及Fe、Zn基因的普通小麦新种质,培育营养富集型小麦新品种。
