吴先军,男,博士,教授,博士生导师,四川省学术和技术带头人,四川省有突出贡献优秀专家,四川省细胞生物学会副理事长,享受国务院政府特殊津贴。1985年四川大学生物系植物学专业本科毕业,1995年四川大学生物系植物学专业硕士研究生毕业,1998年获四川农业大学作物遗传育种专业博士学位。1995年至今在四川农业大学水稻研究所工作,1997年10月至1998年1月在中国科学院遗传研究所进修,2002年10月至2013年1月在英国John Innes Centre访问研究,2016年6-7月在英国阿伯丁大学生物与环境研究所访问,2016年12月至2017年6月在澳大利亚CSIRO农业与食品研究所访问研究。现任水稻所党委书记,遗传研究室主任。

作物遗传育种

主要研究方向

1. 重穗型杂交稻。针对长江上游稻作生态区,研究重穗型杂交稻株型发育的分子机理,采用常规育种和分子育种技术,创制重穗型杂交稻亲本材料并进行组合选配。

2. 水稻穗部性状发育及分子调控。重点关注穗和小穗发育、开花习性和种子发育的遗传调控,为品种定向改良奠定基础。

获奖成果

1. 高配合力优良杂交水稻恢复系蜀恢162选育与应用。2002年度四川省科技进步一等奖,2003年度国家科技进步二等奖。

2. 水稻分子遗传图谱的构建、重要基因的分子标记定位及应用研究。2004年度四川省科技进步一等奖。

3. 骨干亲本蜀恢527及重穗型杂交稻的选育与应用。2009年国家科技进步二等奖。

4. 广适高产优质泰优99选育及推广。2014年度重庆市科技进步三等奖。
