郑有良,博士,教授、博士生导师。四川农业大学农学专业1977级学士、作物遗传育种专业1981级硕士、1988级博士,1993年破格晋升教授,1994年赴英国Join Innes中心剑桥实验室作高级访问学者,1996年成为国家百千万人才工程一、二层次首批人选,1998年享受国务院政府特殊津贴,2000年入选四川省学术和技术带头人。

1992年获得博士学位以来,先后主持国家863、973和科技支撑(攻关)计划以及国家自然科学基金等科研课题39项。在小麦基因资源发掘、分子标记、基因工程、染色体工程、新材料创制和新品种选育等领域取得了一系列创新性研究成果。作为主持或主研已获科技成果奖励8项;其中,国家自然科学奖二等奖1项(排名第三),国家科技进步奖二等奖1项(排名第七),省级科技进步奖一等奖2项(均排名第一)、二等奖1项(排名第四)、三等奖3项(1项排名第一、1项排名第三、1项排名第四)。获授权国家发明专利21项;先后在美国、英国、德国、荷兰、加拿大、俄罗斯等16个国家的SCI收录期刊上发表学术论文300余篇。选育小麦新品种13个,其中国家级审定1个,已在四川、重庆、云南、陕西和贵州等省市大面积推广。1997年开始招收博士研究生,指导毕业的博士中有2篇论文获得全国百篇优秀博士学位论文、1篇为提名论文。

主要研究方向

一. 分子聚合培育优质多抗专用型西南小麦新品种

我国西南地区地理气候等自然因素导致西南小麦生产具有品质差、产量低和病虫害严重等主要问题。针对上述主要问题,通过分子标记辅助育种,结合常规育种技术,再辅以品质跟踪分析,通过基因聚合累加,提高西南小麦品种对病虫害的抵抗能力,减少穗发芽的危害,增加优质基因的出现频率,培育出适应西南地区生态条件的高产、多抗、优质弱筋饼干糕点专用型或优质中筋面条专用型小麦新品种。本研究受到国家重点研发计划和四川省育种攻关项目资助。

二. 小麦属多物种基因聚合育种新材料创制

小麦属(Triticum)共分22个物种。这些物种中具有改良小麦抗病性、抗逆、产量和品质所需的优异基因。由于小麦属中各物种属于小麦的一、二级基因源,与栽培小麦杂交能产生正常或部分正常的后代,较容易实现转移优异基因,是小麦外源优异基因资源的适宜供体材料。本项目拟采用远缘杂交和复合杂交等多种杂交方法,将鉴定出的优异新基因导入栽培小麦中,并聚合多个物种的优异基因资源,创制出一批综合多个物种有益基因的小麦新材料。在此基础之上,综合运用多种方对所创制的新材料进行评价鉴定,深入了解其遗传规律,为更为有效的利用奠定基础。本研究受到四川省农业厅产业技术体系项目资助。
